It was a stormy weekend in Colorado City, Texas, but that didn't stop our team from taking part in a fun-filled golf tournament for a good cause. We were honored to participate in the Rotary Club of Colorado City's annual golf tournament alongside some of our local partners and peers.
Proceeds from the tournament go toward $1,000 scholarships for students in the Texas cities of Colorado City, Westbrook, and Loraine. The club also provides Christmas gifts and Thanksgiving meals to families in need, free books for elementary students, youth organization donations, tuitions for high school camp attendees, and other service projects that benefit the Colorado City community.
Organizations like the Rotary Club of Colorado City are near and dear to our hearts here at Mandry. One of our core values is to serve selflessly by providing for the needs of others before our own, and one of the ways we live that out is through our Mandry CARES™ initiative, which is our commitment to contributing to worthy causes in the communities we live in and serve.
We strive to ensure the contributions we make aren't limited to monetary donations. A big part of who we are as an organization is our desire to form relationships and true partnerships with the business leaders we work with, their teams, and their communities. As a west Texas-based company, small, local, and rural organizations and communities are where we thrive. We love to partner with organizations like the City of Colorado City and its rotary club and to see the improvements they make in the lives of the people they serve.
